And is there any easy way, how a town planner should try to remove inequality or inequity from the society - what should be the priority as both have different pros? Is there any way, that political interference can also be reduced while providing infrastructure and prioritizing it?
Case study will help, especially from India.

Infrastructure, as you know, is the base a region/person starts from. Apart from the quality and quantity, It is the distribution of infrastructural facilities across the regions and persons that creates inter-regional disparities, inter-personal inequity, and inter-temporal gaps.
If one takes a trip along NCR in India the complexities related with the question become apparent and self-explanatory. NOIDA, for instance, has developed very good infrastructure but if one goes a bit deeper then she can nevr avoid to conclude that squatter, filth, jhuggis and jhopris instead of becoming less have become abundant. How would you look at this face of extreme association between infrastructure and inequity. What we need is a delivery mechanism of infrastructural provisioning that is egalitarian and sustainable, ab initio.
