hi, i have one peak in my spectra doesn't match with any highscore data base, all other peaks are well identified; please would you mind helping me to fix and therefor identify that peak. thanks in advance
but at least share at what 2theta value your peak shows up (and wavelength in use), and
b) please share a bit about your sample system, e.g. what kind of material, sample preparation (if it is not confidential), estimated sample thickness, material of sample support, etc.
I assume, that your peak arises from your sample support or from any impurity phase of your sample.
But without any further informations it is just a pure guessing game....
But, please, what is about a real plot of your pattern with an indication which peak is not identified.
Sorry, but I have got no software to plot your data.
Nevertheless from you data one can see, that you have got a quite large background. This is due to Fe fluorescence of your sample, excited by Cu K-radiation. You should use a Co (Cobalt) based x-ray tube to avoid Fe fluorescence background.
