If I simulate one antenna using CST , also do measurement, how can I validate my design results for example gain measurement and simulation process is correct? Is there any process/ ways by which I can validate my antenna simulation /measurement results? I mean what techniques should I follow to validate my results of antenna?
If you want to validate your design results, it should be against your antenna design specifications. To check your simulation process you may either execute your simulation using a 'reference design' of (preferably) and verify it conforms to what it says.

There are different ways to validate it such as theoretical analysis, experimental measurements by fabricating this antenna, and numerical analysis by other software packages such as HFSS and FEKO. The latter one is more suitable for you.

Validation of results can be done through different techniques. They are
1. Using suitable numerical techniques to determine resonant frequency, radiation Q- factor, input impedance, radiation pattern, etc.
2. Comparative analysis of both input and output characteristics through simulated and fabricated results.
3. Comparing simulated results from various available commercial software.
