It's very risky strategy to write an article with any AI solutions. You should use it for research-purpose only. Good apps that refer to current sources are e.g., Perplexity and Elicit. Any sentence wrote by the AI is highly detectable (e.q., by Originality AI).
I had not yet studied so far and I also want to study, please let me know if you found the methodology.

I agree with Szymon Piotrowski that it is risky. I think it might be most helpful for assisting with Introduction and Background sections of a paper. I think the others would be much less suitable.
