I want to use FTIR for quantitative analysis. we are having spectrum quant software, but unfortunately do not know how to use the spectrum quant. If anyone knows please give a link or explain how to use..

Regardless of the software you use, you need the series spectroscopic parameters, extracted from the experimental IR-spectra. They have been discussed:
