I am also using CCN over Contiki and I tried to activate the collect view but there is no response. It does not even show the nodes running in the simulation. In CCN, they alsoadded the collect view files and they adjusted them like in the RPL examples but it still does not work. Did you found a solution @Babar Shahzaad.
