After noticing that my learners are fond of using websites, open access resources and social networks, I started to consider devoting more time to the use of ICT inside the classroom as well as assigning homeworks where they use technology.

Yet, I am not sure how would this make language teaching more effective considering the fact that internet is not accessible to all learners in the Algerian context.
