How can I use either Aspen and or Aspen plus to simulate liquid liquid extraction problems?

I have a problem statement which involves liquid liquid extraction of acetone from a feed using hexane as solvent. I was giving equillibrium data comprising of the raffinate and extract phase. How can I use Aspen HYSYS or Aspen plus to plot this data and calculate the percentage of solute extracted?
