How can I use Bayesian network analysis tool for scheduling sensor for energy efficiency?

I want to opportunistically offload sensing to WSN and mobile cloud.

I don't know closely but did a work , yes you can use bayesian probabilistic method / probabilistic Algorithms to measure the energy efficiency between hop to hop as from my experience.Try to read related books like- probabilistic models with bayesian networks / wireless sensor networks with probabilistic models.I say probabilistic because , all these are statistical models. Thanks
