Removing a ZnO film on a silicon is difficult, and equally difficult is the transferring the film.

It is better to deposit ZnO directly onto the flexible polymer sheet, by a cold magnetron sputtering process technique. This is possible and needs to be done carefully. All depends on the crystallisation characteristics of the ZnO film on the polymer. Any presence of temperature can also disturb the surface of the flexible polymer.
