i think you have to verify various calculation phases..analysis will be performed in a phased manner so if you have not define it in proper manner..then, you have a chance for this kind of error..you have to define load application in terms of number of load steps..and see whether you have made load application in active mode..you can check load activation in terms of green colour..ok all the best..

I think you should be check the properties of soilmix. Also, check structure element active or deactivate during phases. If load is highly may be cause failure.

you can simply solve it by turning off the arc-length control type parameter in numerical control parameters sub-tree.

This error typically appears when the program detects numerical problems. For this case, you need to carefully inspect the input data provided, e.g. material parameters, boundary conditions, etc. and check the following Output plots:

• deformed mesh
• total displacements (shaded plot)
• incremental displacement (shaded plot and/or arrows)
• total deviatoric strain (shaded plot)
• incremental shear strains (shaded plot)
• Plastic Points plot
• when applicable: excess pore pressure plot

A combination of these plots will usually give insight into what is happening. Then, you may need to perform any adjustments in your model to prevent numerical issues.

The Arc length control can sometimes create such errors. Check it by deactivating the Arc length control.

The input parameters play important role in results. for example, if you use a hardening soil model the Eur value has to be an appropriate value in relation to the E50 or Eoed.

I was getting this error while trying to simulate a pile load test. However, I turned off the Arc length control, and the problem was solved.

Have you tried to remake the model completely?
