I am studying the different types of the organic solar cells with the Sentaurus TCAD. It is worth mentioning that I have studied several papers in this regard and I want to simulate to the bulk heterojunction organic solar cell. I should own up to the fact that there are some amazing examples regarding the solar cells in the Sentaurus workbench. But, I faced with a problem at simulating the aforementioned device. However, I think that I have to use the Sprocess module in order to simulate the photoactive bulk heterojunction layer. I would appreciate if anyone could please inform me how can I able to define the bulk-heterojuction stucutre in the sentaurus structure editor (SDE)?

His group wrote an algorithm in Java script to to create the heterojunction organic solar cell with the definition of terminologies you are aware of and referred in your question. Search on the web if this script is explicitly available. Otherwise contact Professor Scott Dunham in EE department of University of Washington and through email communication with him you may be benefited.
