I tested the EIS of my cell, and there are two circles in the EIS curve, but the problem is I cannot simulate the right curve in the software called Zview.
The equivalent circuit is shown in fig.2. And to calculate values of the components in the equivalent circuit, I chose the points and circuits shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4. Every steps, the simulated curves matched the original ones quite well, but when I applied the values to my equivalent circuit, the simulation curve was totally different from the real data, like fig. 1 shows.
I really do not know why. The equivalent circuit is wrong? My procedure is not correct?

I see that the fitting seems to be good at the higher frequency part of the complex impedance curve. The discrepancy is more pronounced at low frequency part of the characteristics. This means that either there is appreciable error in the measurements at the low frequency which means that the measuring apparatus can not measure the impedance with sufficient accuracy or the resistor and capacitor at low frequency may be frequency dependent. Distorted semicircles points out the frequency dependency of the resistive or capacitive parts of the impedance.
I would propose that you measure more carefully the part at low frequency and measure the DC resistance of the structure. It will help see the boundary of the semicircle at low frequency.
