I was trying to simulate this system from papers attached here. But it is not working. I am attaching my code. Please see it.
As a first step I am trying to simulate the spiral wave patterns generated by extracellular cAMP secreted by Dd. The system has the set of equations which has 4 ODEs and 1PDE. And I am also doubtful regarding the implementation of boundary conditions in this program (Neumann no flux boundary condition). I am attaching the equation list too.

You will probably find something applicable
From the eqs. it appears to me that one can use spectral method to integrate the equations. You are probably trying to do it by finite difference method which probably is not a very good idea for the above problem.
Trilochan Bagarti : I was able to get spirals using finite difference methods, but still aggregation is not working. But let me try your suggestion.
