Hello, I recently read an article about the plasmonic structure with wse2 and tried to resimulate it, but I didn't get the right result. I really do not know where is the problem. The article and the Lumrical file are attached and I want to simulate Figure 6-d.

Wse2 monolayers or graphene are 2D materials that need special care when optically stimulated. The key to their simulation is how to implement their optical properties in the model, and how to represent them as a domain [2D surface or 3D domain]. Maryam Setareh since these materials are not listed in Lumerical software, so you need to import some material properties to the software for calculation.
For example, if you are interested in doing some optical calculation than you need to import wavelength-dependent dielectric function or refractive index of the corresponding material.
@ Anand Kumar thank you for your help, I used the refractive index and thickness of it but the answer is not true.
