I am looking for a method that combines two features: a) high peptide identifications and b) using an inclusion list (e.g. tSIM or tMS/MS) with quadrupole isolation to gain high sensitive (compared to Triple Quadrupole instrument) data in one LC-MS run.

I believe that the Orbitrap is fast enough to handle both features in one MS run, however, I could not find an appropriate combination of settings to obtain satisfying MS data. Does anybody have valuable suggestions?
