I want to design the composite column in ETABS by section designer command method. After the column section made in section designer i assigned this member in building model but in after the placement the design procedure shows as the concrete frame design instead of composite column design. what should i do in this case? how can i change the design procedure?
as in have made the section for composite column in section designer command. after the assigning the design procedure is still shows as the " concrete frame design".
i have tried to change design procedure by design>overwrite frame design procedure but it seems there is some mistakes in my material of section. how can i rectify this problem?

dear Bhavik Adajaniya recently i face this problem.
I found the solution. select element wich you want change their design procedure then go to design tab, select design procedure you want and click ok.
I dont know what cause this problem exactly, but i think may modeling new file on file which model coposite beam in it, cause it.
