thats depend on your size of part and material, so for sheet size 1mm you can use 2 than 3shell per 1mm, when you decrease the number time increase.

عادة عند استخدام الانسز نواجه صعوبة في تحديد عدد العناصر الملائمة ... العدد القليل يعني نتائج بعيده عن الةاقع ولربما يحدث عدم منطقية في النتائج وبالتالي يحدث الخطأ في البرنامج و يتوقف عن اكمال احل احيانا. العدد الكبير للعناصر يعني نتائج ادق ولكنك قد تواجه مشكله كون السمك المادة التي تريد تشكيلها قليل كما وان العدد المرتفع للعناصر يعني وقت اطول للحل وعند تجاوز حد معين يحدث لديك  الخطأ التكراري المتراكم ... الحل الامثل هو عمل 

convergence criteria

 اي البدء بعدد عناصر قليل نسبيا والتركيز على النود الاكثر تأثرا بعملية التشكيل (يتم تحديد مكانه مسبقا) كحساب الاجهاد مثلا ومن ثم زيادة عدد العناصر تدريجيا وملاحظة تأثر قيمة الاجهاد في نفس الموقع وتستمر بالزيادة لحين الوصول لحالة الاستقرار وبالتالي تحيد العدد الامثل (وقت نسبي ملائم للحل و نتائج مستقره) للعناصر المستخدمة

in my experience, depends on model it would differ. you have to do convergence test for meshes. it means control the same item by changing the mesh size when the mentioned item remain the same it means the meshes have been convergent. this size is utopia,

I agree with the Roya Darabi's comment , In mesh convergence analysis decrease the element size or, in other words , you increase the number of elements. also the disposition of elements depends upon the shape of the object. you go on increasing element density untill you get solution different is less than 5% when compared to previous solution. this shows the solution is converged .
