It's a command line tool, but more powerful for that. At a command prompt, simply type

convert multipage.tif single%d.tif

to create multiple tif files.

On Windows, you must add magick to beginning of the command:

magick convert multipage.tif single%d.tif

Windows photo viewer has very limited functions. You can open the TIF file with a more sophisticated editing application and have more options. Good freeware applications are Paint.net and Gimp. Both can be found and downloaded easily on the web.
