As a PhD student I think that critical reading is very useful for me. Instead of assuming that everything you read in a scientific paper is right, it's useful to learn how to evaluate the paper critically. How can I get opportunities to practice reviewing papers? What would you suggest for reviews in my field (Knowledge Engineering)?
If you mean reviewing academic papers, perhaps you should start with student journals. Some directories to consider - check journal announcements if they are looking for reviewers:

Since most journals in your area would hire an experienced professor or someone with degrees in both humanities and exact science (e. g. many translators or editors have several degrees in different areas - one in writing/translation/linguistics and more in the sciences depending on the fields they cover), perhaps you should join a national or regional learned society in a field closest to yours and wait for an announcement for a reviewer position. Ask librarians at your university for such societies or professors you have written/worked with - most French researchers are very interconnected and usually members of some learned societies.

You may as well join some of the groups on H-Net (Humanities and Social Sciences) that might be related to your field, e.g. educational technology http://www.h-net.org/~edweb/; history and computing - http://www.h-net.org/~ahc/. I have seen several times calls for reviewers announced.
A search string ''call for graduate reviewers" on a search engine, preferably on a number of them (e.g. Google, Bing and Duckduckgo) will also give you a list of opportunities, especially if you narrow your search by date (e.g. last year, last month) and add a field ("call for reviewers" computing)
LibGuides http://libguides.com/community.php?m=g is another source of information on library guides in different fields. You should first find general guides in your area and then see if they have covered calls for reviewers, maybe under listservs or similar category

I can give you following advices:
1) Open access journals seeking reviewers
Nowadays you have number of new and not yet established publishers that invite reviewers and editors for their international peer-reviewed open access journals. I received plenty of such invitations. Honestly, I ignore them because I have a more or less fixed lists of journals that I regularly receive invitations from for paper review. I am "able" (= have time) to complete up to 4 reviews per year without sacrificing quality. Some of the journals maintain yearly rating list of reviewers based on number of reviews completed. I don't like such "competition" and I don't like journals where "acceptance was the norm, not the exception" (http://www.insidehighered.com/news/2013/10/04/open-access-journals-confuse-contributors-they-experiment-peer-review-models)
The idea of this advice is that you can more easily enter the world of reviewers if you apply for or respond to invitation for a reviewer in such new journals.
2) Mutual peer-review
Some of journal editors, book editors and many conference editors organize mutual review process between paper contributors.
The idea of this advice is that you can be reviewer of the conference papers that you attend.
Both advices 1) and 2) will help you to become reviewer and at the beginning of your academic career it is probably not very important what journal you write review for.
3) Review
When you get a paper for review plan its review in two or three consecutive days because with each additional day you are smarter and painstakingly careful.
4) Review opportunity in Knowledge Engineering
If you look for review opportunity in your research field (knowledge based engineering) look also at http://www.kesinternational.org. The association publishes journals on the knowledge intensive topics.

To review a paper, it is advisable to read some available reviews in open public domain. Even comments on published and unpublished papers can help to understand the review mechanism.
Many researchers open their papers on networking sites like Researchgate or Academia for comments. That can help at times.
