Hi!

I have retrieved SST data from the NOAA (https://coastwatch.pfeg.noaa.gov/erddap/), using the product ncdcOisst21Agg_LonPM180 for a geometrical area using spatial coordinates. But I want to get the same data (surface) based on a certain bathymetric line e.g.: continental platform.

Any ideas?

(Not necessarily using NOAA dataset)
