I am very new in handling pollen data. While I was trying to draw pollen influx diagram by using Tilia Software, due to larger differences in pollen influx value, some lines are very high and some are very low. Some values are like 1.00563 and some values are 14000, like this. It is noteworthy that, the number of higher values (like 14000) are not too much (about 30%).
So, the graph is only showing the highest values, and the lower values are almost invisible, seems to zero.
I want to show both type of values in influx diagram simultaneously. So, what can I do now?

Such great variations as mentioned are not due to differential pollen production but reflect variations in the sedimentation rate, and longer period of time included in the pollen deposition. Influx are therefore not useful for interpreting pollen data.
I do work on marine core samples.
Yes, I agree with you. It is due to the abrupt change in sedimentation rate. But, the reviewer wants influx diagram. It was rejected from a journal and suggested to include influx diagram.

Although I completely agree with Dr. Beaudoin's suggestions, another alternative would be to change the scale/data of only the taxa with high influx, by dividing all values by 10, 100, or 1000. But do not forget to indicate that in the diagram for each modified curve.
Thank you Dr. Mauro de Toledo. I wish to use natural log transformed pollen influx value to adopt pollen influx diagram as suggested by Dr. Beaudoin. Because, it is quite easy form me. I also appreciate your suggestion and already tried this. But, it seems too hard to me.
Do you think using log transformation OK?
