In our process graphite is used as heating box for heating .During the process we use ceramic trays to protect our metal component.But the tray comes in contact with carbon residues and Corbon get stuck over ceramic .I need to remove that .

We used to just heat Pt pans in air to 500 C or so and a lot of the graphitic C will oxidize
away.
there are aggressive cleaning solutions - Nochromix is sulfuric acid with persulfate
piranha etch is sulfuric acid and peroxide.
but those might damage your trays so be careful and test a little first.
