Hi everyone,
As you know EVA materials using for capsulation proces in the PV Solar Industry. I want to clean the melted EVA without damaging the coating from the antirefle-covered glass surface. Is there anyone could give me suggestion for solvent type in this process?
I think washing by acetone then heating to about 200 C is sufficient to clean it.
Why do you want to eliminate it? If you submit the solar panel to the temperature, I recommend that it be vacuum, to avoid decreasing its performance. The information provided by Rishi Upadhyay is excellent. And usually the EVA coating is attached to the glass between it and the solar cell (Si)
EVA has excellent transparency and doesn’t block too much of the light of sun trying to reach the solar cells.

@Sadek H. Lafta, i can't apply temperature to module after lamination process but i will try acetone for cleaning also i have to consult EHS speciallist about labor health effect.
@ Rishibrind Upadhyay, i started to examine the article you shared, I will try the solutions once you have the proper usage conditions.
