How can I remove lime from a 33% methanol plant extract?

Hi, I am working with a plant extract from which I removed the chlorophyll using lime. My intention is to perform cell culture with that extract but I have doubts that the lime could affect the culture, I have already tried to remove the lime by filtering (0.22 um), microcentrifugation (14000 rpm), and I have not been able to remove the lime. Could someone recommend me some technique?
