we receive this comment from the conference to reduce the similarity in the reference part.. how can we do that??. these are the references we got our data from it how can we replace them or reduce the similarity

From these images it seems like you performed the plagiarism check in Turnitin. The software has an option for excluding references from the analysis, so that they won't be counted in the similarity index.

Please try to reset your plagiarism software by eliminating a tick in references option!

Two ways:
[1] Prepare a file without reference list and check the plagiarism.
[2] In your software before starting plagiarism checking turn on the "exclude reference/bibliography", therefore, it won't consider this part.
Just exclude references from plagiarism software test. Regards
