How can I quickly know by modeling, if a peptide has possibilities for dimerization? Is there a software (open source) for such prediction?

I have a putative defensin like peptide (highly hydrophobic and charged) and I would like to know, by modeling, if it is possible that the dimer form likely exist, spontaneously. So, I need a way to predict the more stable state.
