How can I quantify this structure by using spectroscopic techniques ?

Are there any peaks attributed to this structure (figure) ?

I want to quantify the amount of this structure generated as the reaction proceeds.

Please help me...........

Isolate the spectroscopic peak due to the phenyl rings and either monitor the changes in the peak intensities/or the peak broadening as the reaction progresses, using any statistical packages such as Principal Component Analysis (PCA)
