My problem is
How to put that code in GUI on axes as we can put logo or graphics?
Try to export that 4-subplots figure to an image format (JPEG, TIFF, etc) with "File --> Save as..." or, programatically, with "saveas" or "hgexport" Matlab functions ( Example: hgexport(figure_var, image_filename, hgexport('factorystyle'), 'Format','jpeg'); % This code works with Matlab R2011a).
Later, in order to put this, or other, image as a logo, try the method explained in the video linked below (I have not checked it personally but many comments indicate that it works).

Do you want to have a specific command like Browse for every axes or you just want to simply display images in GUI?
I am not sure what exactly you are looking to do.
But, the way I understand it, it looks like you have a GUI with an axes object in it, and you want to plot four histograms into that axes. Is that correct?
Assuming that I understood you correctly, all you have to do is get that axes object into focus using it's handle before you display the plots.
Assuming that the axes object in the GUI has the tag "axesTag", the code would be -
