In order to submit your work and have it blindly reviewed by peers you have to remove the author's name from the document. However, I want to publish my practice based research that includes me as one of the subjects. How can I still submit the work?

So it's double-blind. Maybe use a nickname or don't even identify yourself in the study

You can use brackets for yourself as [author]. That is what is often done to remove citations to your own work from the text of a submission.
