I am making slurries which consist of manganese oxide and graphene.

1. Mix the material with PVDF, the ratio is 9:1 (A total of 40mg)

2. Drop the NMP by disposable pipettes.

The amount of NMP was 12~14 drops.

3. Cast the slurry on copper foil.

4. Dry in the vacuum oven at 100℃ for 12h.

However, when I put the slurry on the copper foil, slurry was split.

I thought the reason.

 1. Viscosity of slurry

 2. Humidity

Are there any other reasons affecting the condition of slurry?

If someone experienced, please advice me.

Thanks.
