I am planing to do biocrude upgrading (catalytic hydrodeoxygenation) experiments recently. Now I have a fluidized sand bath system and a micro-reactor (5 mL capacity). My question is which kind of regulator or which method should I use to pressurize this tiny reactor up to 1500 psi with hydrogen.

Assuming you are planning to pressurize the reactor to 1500 psi at room temperature, here's my recommendation. First you'll have to get a regulator with high delivery pressure such as 1500 psi or above. A link to one such product is mentioned below. Next, you need to make sure that the gas delivery line you're using has the rating of atleast 1800 psi to keep a safe margin incase of over-pressure delivery. I would recommend using swagelok SS tubing and fittings to avoid any mishaps.
