How can i preserve helicobacter pylori?

iam doing research on helicobacter pylori ,and iam having problem in its culture and preservation .

iam using brain heart infusion broth glycerol 30% for preservation in -80 celicius and i keep losing samples .

is there any other suggestions for keeping it viable for longer time ?
