Recently , i have read the latest article about this condition , and it was confirm that methanol and liquid nitrogen mixture is the best so far.

The melting point of methanol is -97C. Add liquid nitrogen to methanol until it becomes very viscous. You will have the temperature of the N2/EtOH bath around -90C. The melting point of THF ia -108 C, you will not freeze your reaction solution.
