Moles of Tris =(desired morality M or mol/L of your final sol ) * [ L (final volume of your solution) ]

Add the calculated grams of TRIS in DI water (take 80% volume of water e.g for 100 ml solution use 80 ml water )

Add HCL or NACL to achieve desired PH level

& then add the DI water to get to its final volume
