I went to correlate field soil moisture data with satellite soil moisture data of my study watershed for a period between June 2021 to May 2022. But i couldn't know the exact satellite overpass day and time over my watershed during the study period to correlate using real-time data. The study area is very near to Bahir Dar Ethiopia.

It's kind of a workaround, but you can use information provided by EarthExplorer (https://earthexplorer.usgs.gov) to answer your question. Just select your study site manually or by uploading a shape file for instance. Afterwards, select the satellite you are interested in. In your case Sentinel-2. Also select your study period. By clicking on results, you get all images taken by the chosen satellite regarding your study site and period. Now click on the metadata of the images to check on which day and at which time they were taken.
