An experimental set up can be easily made to rotate a disk. We can apply pressure below the disk to stretch it. But I do not understand how I can supply the heat to the disk.
You can use a circular electric heating element (very cheap and come in different power output ratings) and mount it as close as possible to the rotating disk to apply radiative heat to the disk surface.
I also think Infrared heaters would be useful, but heating effect depends on the surface characteristics of the aluminium disk (emissivity). Check this link for a wide range of Infrared heaters. They also have an agent in Chennai.
