Merna Ihab Regarding Nvivo (now Nvivo 12+), I found it to be cost effective. I accessed the free 14 day trial, and after the 12th day, I purchased access. The cost was $99 US dollars and the features permitted the data analysis for my qualitative research. Initially, I thought I would need an academic license, but that was not the case. Nor did I have to pay $500.00 for the year term. I hope this information helps you.
Merna Ihab, NVivo gives 14-day free trial, which was enough to conduct the qualitative data analysis of my paper that won a Conference Grant/Award! NVivo is superb for me. Try it! LOL
