Dear computational chemists;
I need to plot the electron density difference between the ground state and excited state using gaussian or AIMALL. I have the optimized geometry for both states.
Thank you
Dear Ms. Manal, you may use Multiwfn program:
http://sobereva.com/multiwfn/
If you decide to try on it, in the manual section 4.18 you'll find ground-to-excited state analysis.
Best, Pablo
You can first obtain cube files for two densities and then use a Gabedit program to make their difference
this statement is included in the log file when I do frequency calculations by gaussian 09 this warning can be neglected ?????what this mean about the accuracy of enthalpy and other parameter...
