I have two experimental groups: disease and control. I tested these animals 3 times/week for 6 weeks. I would like to enter all the measurements per week for each animal without averaging the 3 measurements. How can I analyze this data using GraphPad?

You can try for "Repeated measure design". This is a research design in which subjects are measured two or more times on the dependent variable. Rather than using different participants for each level of treatment, the participants are given more than one treatment and are measured successively.

Thank you so much for your answers. I had analyzed my data using 2-way anova repeated measures. I entered mean of 3 measures/week (as I know graphpad doesn't allow to enter all the raw data and I wanted to confirm that) The reason why I wanted to enter each measure/week is that entering the mean of 3 measures increases the SEM because it excludes the error between 3 measures (this was what I heard from a statistician). So he had made me enter all the raw data and he did the stats in Spss. I'm not really good at spss so I wanted to make sure if that's possible to do in Graphpad.
