I followed the procedure below in order to analyze the buffering capacity of four different types of biomass. I order to decrease the pH of the liquid to 3, the titration volume (0.01M H2SO4) used for the each biomass was 2.1, 3, 7.2 and 8.9 mL. I calculated values of meq/kg based on some tutorials I found online, but I would like to ask to more experienced researchers how to obtain the final buffering capacity value in meq/kg.
Many thanks in advance for any information you can provide me.

"The buffering capacity was determined by hot water extraction and titration: To evaluate the buffering capacity of a raw material, 50g of dry material of each feedstock is soaked in 1L of deionized water at 80C for 30min. The solid material was removed by filtration and the liquid was titrated with 0.01M (0.1 wt%) H2SO4. Distilled water was used as a reference solution." (Vera et al., 2015)
