Using a camera is a good way of recording fish behaviour. It can be left to run for a long time. Once you have your videos you can use a behaviour analysing software such as J-watcher to examine the types of behaviour seen.

Thanks for your response. However, I ask about recording systems:( how I record oor sorted my bserving values as moderate, harsh, etc.? I think that many of the beheavioral data are discrate, but I dont know their scale... Are they sorted poisson or binomial or both? Which scale? For example agression beheviour?
