I need a variable pipe length with a constant inner diameter. The pipe is subjected to low pressure but need to be sealed. How can I obtain my goal without using extensible connectors pipe (that have a inner corrugated surface)?
It is very important mantain the inner diameter constant and possibly without cross-section variations.
Thankyou for your answer Mr Nagarkar. However as you can see in fig. 2 of the patent, the internal cross section is modified with an enlargment, while I need a constant inner diameter.

1) Are there not pipes with threaded end connections that provide constant diameter?
2) Can you not cut a pipe into the desired segment lengths and use exterior pipes that slide over the gaps, e.g. using sealants for pressure control? Should you need exceptional tightness, precision machine the ends to act as Gauge block. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gauge_block

1) There are a lot of threaded end connection pipes that do it. But if I turn the pipe to obtain a longer pipe, at the end of this pipe, the internal thread where the pipe is connected is wetted by water. Since the internal thread of nut is bigger than the pipe size, the constraint of inner diameter is not respected. I do not know if I've been clear. Maybe I make a sketch.
2) I prefer to do not disassemble the system because I need to remove the water every time...
If you can tolerate discrete length changes, pipe sections of sufficient wall thickness can be internally and externally threaded at the ends to screw together to form a pipe of any length of (relatively) constant internal diameter. The obvious disadvantage is that pipe sections must be added and removed to make the length changes.

You can always use flanges and machine your own fittings to be constant diameter.
A trick I learned from a building guy - when servicing radiators and replacing plumming - they spray upstream and downstream pipe sections with a thermal spray to make ice plugs there.
This leaves them ample time to make whatever changes they need to the system.
A nice thinking outside the box example.
