My solution is sensitive to acidic and basic condition and because I want to inject it to the high performance liquid chromatography, presence of hydrogen peroxide is harmful for its columns.
Generally hydrogen peroxide, being an oxidizing agent - to neutralize it make use of a reducing agent. Since your solution is pH sensitive on either side, try using sodium hydrogen sulfite dilute solution with sodium phosphate to buffer.
H2O2 decomposes easily with catalytical amounts of almost any transitional metal salt. I'm using FeCl3 for such purpose, but even rust can be used.
You can use every substance that releases Fe2+ in solution to eliminate hydrogen peroxide in your solution (FeCl3, FeSO4...) (Fenton reagent)
Farooq stole my thunder. Potassium permanganate in small quantities (titrate it). Works like a champ, no pH change.
In our laboratories, we rendered ,in the past , a large amount of old hydrogen peroxide inactive by the use of aqueous solution of ferrous sulfate.
