I have a model of tall concrete chimney in Abaqus but it has error. I try to correct it but not possible. also I want to meshed it like attached picture. Can anyone help me? My analyses is dynamic with time history.

Please provide some information on the problem (loading, boundary condition, implicut or explicit, material behaviour etc) and also on the type of error (preprocessing error, convergence problem, whatever).

Perhaps try to partition the part or choose a different meshing strategy (Everythign should be meshable with tets). Without any information on the error, tehre is really no way to help you.
What's the error message Abaqus give it to you? this might help to fix the problem

You need to use a structured hexaedral mesh (mesh controls) and may have to define the six sides of the hexahedron and may have to partition the region. This is exlained in the manual (17.8.4). Alternatively, you can use a bottom-up mesh.
