How can I model the Boundary transition section for the terrain to do wind simulation?

Hello everyone!

I am currently trying to do Wind flow over a terrain simulation. According to many literature I need to model a Boundary transition section, using certain equation to plot the curve. Is there a fast easy way to plot this surface?
