I need to implement multilateral model in my research, which focusing on generation revenue. I need more mathematical models to develop my innovative economic transaction. I would be grateful if you could recommend practical references such as a paper/ journal of this modelling.

The US has very limited electric imports, and I am not certain that your question involves reliability, but there has been an organization in place, the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), for several decades, covering regions in Canada and the US, which was put in place, I think, because of a cascading electric failure that seriously impacted both countries at one time.
I suspect that if you are interested in electric reliability, that you will find a good deal about this on the internet by searching for information on NERC. You might start with this:

In addition, you might search for terms such as electric imports and electric exports, if you aren't already, or perhaps that is not really your question. ???
The EIA website (US Energy Information Administration) might have some international information of some interest to you, perhaps.
