The origin of dieless drawing technique is developed from the concept of superplasticity theorem of the metals. In this process the material is subjected under local heating of specified length namely deformation zone followed by adequate cooling to suppress further plastic flow. The key parameters of this process are rate of heating (temperature), velocities of feeding and drawing, deformation zone length, rate of cooling, strain rate sensitivity index (m), strain hardening exponent (n). The best analysis of the process must be performed under Thermal-Mechanical model to investigate the effected parameters of the process. Also, to satisfy the stability of process (control), a Fuzzy-Neural-Genetic model should be also presented well. The theoretical part must be enhanced by experimental work.
