Can we directly model a PIN Diode or any other active device in Momentum ADS or do we have to import the active devices from some other softwares.

You need to have model libraries for PIN diode or else easiest thing is Instead of adding diode in momentum you can do Co-Simulation in ADS, design layout and then import to schematic add PIN Diode in schematic add that diode to layout using co-simulation then you can simulate it is also same as momentum simulation.
Can you elaborate your answer in more detail I didn't got the exact point. If you can explain in points.
