How can I mesh concrete slab with cavity holes for headed stud embedment on ANSYS workbench?

I have sliced the concrete slab into three component to define contacts. I need to ensure that when meshing, the algorithm reads it as one part and not three different parts as designed.

First model it in Catia or Creo and save as iges file . Then open Ansys workbench- static structural- import the iges file and then mesh it easily.
